Company fails to pay workers full 60 day notice.

The Lehman company filed for Chapter 11 (Bankrupcy) and promised their employees they would pay them a full 60 day pay and would not have to report to work. Lehman was paying for a little while, but then just stopped paying the workers. It includes over 1,000 employes and the total lawsuit is totaled at 5 million dollars.

That is so wrong! If they were not able to continue paying them, they should have at least sent a notice. This company definitely deserves the lawsuits!
